The Tennis Excellence Junior Pathway is the perfect entry point for children Kindergarten age and upwards, looking to learn the game of tennis. These Tennis Australia certified programmes constituting the Junior Pathway teaches kids basic tennis fundamentals including technique, co-ordination and rallying skills in a well structured, fun environment. Kids advancing through the Junior Pathway are invited to join the Yellow Squad and play in competition representing the Club.
Hotshots Red (Ages 6-8)
Hotshots Red program is designed to develop tennis technique. Kids will learn the basic skills while enjoying the dynamic nature of this program.
Hotshots Blue (4-6) and Red (6-8)
A combined class on a Saturday morning.
Hotshots Orange (Ages 8-10)
Junior players will be exposed to all tennis skills in the Hotshots Orange program. This open environment is suitable for beginners and experienced players.
Hotshots Green (Ages 10+)
HotShots Green focuses on technical competency and rallying as preparation for advancement into the Yellow Squad and full-court tennis. Beginners and experienced players alike will benefit from participating in this program.

A combined class on a Thursday afternoon.
An opportunity to train in a formal squad structure coinciding with the Club's Junior Pennant Program. Players will be challenged to perform skills on a full court in an intense and competitive environment.

Recently Clay Berry visited Shelley Primary School and provided clinics to many of our classes. I want to pass on our thanks to all involved at Tennis Excellence but also Clay in particular for the professionalism displayed. The students enjoyed the clinics and the skills practiced, hopefully we have some potential tennis stars of the future.
