BEGINNERS COACHING
Our fun Adults program teaches players the skills to enjoy tennis, so you can play with friends or family, improve your fitness or join the Club.
Conducted by our qualified coaches, the adult program teaches less experienced players the best way to start out in tennis. It also caters for experienced players to refine their skills and progress towards Club play.
ADVANCED COACHING
Our fun Adults program teaches players the skills to enjoy tennis, so you can play with friends or family, improve your fitness or join the Club.
Conducted by our qualified coaches, the intermediate program teaches more experienced players a higher intensity to refine their skills and progress towards Club play.
CARDIO TENNIS
Burn calories, increase your fitness and improve your tennis game at the same time in this fun, music-fueled group workout.
