Adult Programs

Our fun Adults program teaches players the skills to enjoy tennis, so you can play with friends or family, improve your fitness or join the Club.

Conducted by our qualified coaches, the adult program teaches less experienced players the best way to start out in tennis. It also caters for experienced players to refine their skills and progress towards Club play.

Just turn up burn calories, increase your fitness and improve your tennis game at the same time in this fun, music-fueled group workout.

$180 for a 10 pass or $20 pay as you play – eftpos available on court.

All Adult League players from all TE centres are invited to attend the League Training.  These sessions will focus on higher intensity and offer competition-based training, the perfect training for this summer season.

Located at various locations and times for your convenience.

Goals:

Volume-based drills and situational play.

Point construction and doubles play.

Match play simulation.

Offered each Wednesday @ 6:30 pm – Pay as you Play.
